GbOSS is providing construction services for the replacement of three cooling tower cells located at the SSA’s Wilkes-Barre Data Operations Center for the GSA. Mechanical work removes and installs three (3) new cooling tower cells and associated piping. Structural modifications will be made to reuse the existing dunnage framing.
